UG77 FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions Philippines

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on UG77. This is in line with Philippine gaming regulations set by PAGCOR. When you sign up, you'll confirm your age, and your account may be subject to identity verification before withdrawals are approved. UG77 strictly prohibits minors from accessing the platform.

No. Each player is allowed only one UG77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email, or device — violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in all linked accounts being permanently suspended and any balances being forfeited. If you've lost access to your original account, contact our support team for help recovering it.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot your password?" UG77 will send a reset link to your registered email or a verification code to your mobile number. Follow the steps to set a new password. Choose something strong — at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. If you're still having trouble, reach out to our 24/7 support team at support@ug77.click.

After registering, you'll receive a verification code via SMS or email. Enter the code on the verification screen to activate your account. For withdrawals above certain thresholds, UG77 may also request a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or Philsys national ID) to confirm your identity. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement and helps protect all players on the platform.

UG77 supports all major Philippine payment methods, including:

• GCash — the most popular e-wallet in the Philippines
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay and Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). See our Deposit and Withdrawal page for full details on limits and processing times.

Most deposits on UG77 are credited instantly or within a few minutes. GCash and Maya deposits are typically the fastest. Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually credited within 30 minutes; PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. If your deposit hasn't reflected after the expected time, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll sort it out agad.

Log in to your UG77 account, go to the Withdrawal section, choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) directly to your GCash, Maya, or registered bank account. Processing typically takes between a few minutes and 24 hours depending on the method. First-time withdrawals may require identity verification. For full details, visit our Deposit and Withdrawal page.

Yes. UG77 has a minimum withdrawal amount to ensure smooth processing. The exact minimum depends on your chosen payment method — GCash and Maya typically have lower minimums compared to bank transfers. Visit the Deposit and Withdrawal page for the current minimum and maximum limits per method.

UG77 does not charge additional fees on deposits or withdrawals on our end. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge a small fee for InstaPay transfers. Always check with your payment provider. UG77 displays the full amount you'll receive before you confirm any withdrawal.

New UG77 members can claim a welcome bonus of up to ₱5,000 on their first deposit. The bonus is credited in Philippine Peso and comes with wagering requirements that are clearly stated in the promotion terms. To claim it, simply register your account, make your first deposit, and the bonus will be applied automatically.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before the winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling ₱10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. All UG77 bonus terms are clearly stated before you claim — always read them so you know what to expect.

UG77 regularly offers promotions for existing members, including weekly cashback on losses, reload bonuses on subsequent deposits, free spins on selected slots, and referral rewards when you invite friends. Yes. If a friend gave you a referral code, enter it in the optional referral code field on the Register page. Referral codes can unlock additional bonus credits for both you and the friend who referred you. The specific referral bonus amount varies depending on the active promotion at the time of registration. Check the Promotions section after logging in for current referral offer details.

Absolutely. UG77 is fully optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS devices. You don't need to download a separate app — just open your mobile browser, go to ug77.click, and play directly. The mobile experience is smooth and responsive, with all the same games and features available as on desktop. Whether you're in Manila, Cebu, Davao, or Siargao, UG77 works wherever you have a signal.

UG77's online Sabong is a live-streamed cockfighting experience where you watch real matches and place bets before and during the fight. You choose between the two roosters — typically identified by colour (meron/wala) — and place your bet in Philippine Peso. Results are determined by the actual fight outcome. It's the same sabong experience Filipinos have always loved, now available on your phone anytime.

The Color Game on UG77 is based on the beloved Filipino perya classic. Three dice, each with six coloured faces, are rolled. You bet on which colour(s) will appear on the dice. If your colour shows on one die, you win 1x your bet; two dice pays 2x; three dice pays 3x. It's easy to learn, fast-paced, and perfect for a quick gaming session. Log in to find it in the Games section.

Yes. UG77 uses SSL/TLS encryption to secure all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your personal and financial information is stored securely and handled in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra security layer to your UG77 login. When enabled, you'll need to enter a code sent to your mobile number or email every time you sign in from a new device. To enable it, log in to your UG77 account, go to Account Settings, and look for the Security section. Follow the steps to turn on 2FA. We strongly recommend enabling it — it takes about 30 seconds but significantly improves your account security.

If you notice any login sessions you don't recognise, transactions you didn't make, or anything unusual in your UG77 account, act immediately: change your password, enable 2FA if you haven't already, and contact our support team at support@ug77.click. Our team is available 24/7 and can lock your account temporarily while we investigate. Do not delay — quick action minimises any potential impact.

Log in to your UG77 account and go to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. From there, you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period. This is one of the most effective tools for keeping your gaming within budget. You can also contact our support team to set a limit on your behalf.

If you feel you need a break from gaming, UG77 offers self-exclusion options from 24 hours up to permanent closure. Contact our support team at support@ug77.click and request a self-exclusion. During the exclusion period, you won't be able to log in, deposit, or receive promotional messages. We process these requests without delay and without judgment. For more information, visit our Responsible Gaming page.
